What do you need to apply?

• Graduated in Comercio Exterior (Principal), Informática, Negocios Internacionales, Ingenieria en Materiales. 
• Master degree is a plus.
• Advanced English.
• More than 4 years of experience in similar positions.
• Proficiency in Office.
• Technical knowledge: Anexo 24, platform annex 30, experience in ERPs

Mission of the position

Ensure the correct administration and control of Annex 24 and Annex 30 inventories, ensuring compliance with customs and tax regulations, and optimizing foreign trade processes through a clear automation objective to contribute to the company's operational efficiency.

Responsibilities of the position

Inventory Control:
Ensure the automation of the integration process with various Customs Agents. Perform validations and integrations of systematized information, run FIFO discharge processes. Perform periodic audits to ensure the accuracy of inventories.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all foreign trade operations comply with current customs and tax regulations.
Prepare and submit reports required by customs authorities.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve inventory control and foreign trade processes. Implement best practices and technologies to increase efficiency.
Coordination and Communication:
Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, finance and production, to ensure comprehensive inventory management.
Maintain effective communication with suppliers and customers to resolve any incidents related to foreign trade.
Training and Development:
Train staff on issues related to inventory control and regulatory compliance. Stay up to date on changes in regulations and best practices in foreign trade.
