Position: Product Design Engineering Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

Succeed company cost competitiveness improvement and mexican supplier Chain Enhancement 

Create company cost and cost competitiveness improvement ideas and the Action Plan Communicating with related teams (Supplier, Product Design team and other company functions) 

Investigate & Evaluate design (Engineering) feasibility getting some support from the teams.

New supplier development: Researching MX suppliers, company information, capability, capacity & Supporting the new components SoP preparation for the BU and the suppliers

Existing supplier enhancement (related with company cost competitiveness improvement)

Request:

·    Bachelor´s degree in Engineering.

·    Drawing understanding ability (Better to have Mechanical Product and Part design experience)

·    Experience: 5 years experience in Automotive Companies and experience in Managerial or Leadership roles.

·    English skill: 90% (Fluent)

·    Other skills: Analythical, Planning & Organizing skills, Leadership.
